Our CAD designs produce 3-D renderings and virtual tours that help you see the home in more than just black and white on paper.Site AnalysisOnce we have a final set of plans drafted, I like to meet with you at the build site and look at the location, orientation and elevations of the home on the ground.
We still have the opportunity to make adjustments or changes to anything at this point if desired.BiddingThis typically takes a few weeks to get specific and accurate pricing for the project. Once the bid is completed we schedule a meeting to go over the details of the quoteMobilizationOnce the project is under contract, the sequence is scheduled for excavation and construction processes.
I am working with and beside you throughout the process to guide and communicate through each step. Construction PhaseThis is when you see all of the pieces and planning come together and it becomes reality. There are a lot of moving parts for several months as the home comes together, and you will be part of the process through making any final tweaks to the details as you see the home take shape. Finishing TouchesThis is towards the end of the project and consists of winding down the construction phase. This often feels like the longest part as the finished materials are installed and it comes down to the smallest of details of putting the final touches on the home. We take our time through this phase to ensure that we are delivering the highest and best finished product to you. Welcome HomeThe home is complete and ready for you to move in!
